Basic Information

Shipping prices for the 2nd class parcel is 4,50EUR, Delivery by courier is 7EUR, pick up in Trencin is free. Cash on delivery fee (only within Slovak republic) is 1EUR. Payment with credit/debit card is free via Secure CardPay System. 

Orders over 80EUR are eligible for free shipping (2nd class) within Slovak republic. 

Shipping to Czech republic is 14EUR. 

Shipping to Europe is 20EUR and shipping to other countries will vary - please contact us for more information. 

In our e-shop you can shop as a registered customer (if you register you will save time when shopping due to the fact that you do not have to fill in your details again) or non-registered customer.

1. Click on the product you would like to buy. A new pop-up window will be displayed with a full description, including a larger picture and a link to "Add to Shopping Basket". Select the quantity you would like and click on the link to add the item to your Shopping Basket. The window will close and the product will appear in the basket in the right hand side.

2. You can then continue shopping by adding further items in to your basket as described above.

3. When you are ready to go to the check-out, click on "View Shopping Basket" in the right hand column or at the top of the page. In the "Shopping Basket" section you can change quantities or, if you wish, remove some of the goods completely.

4.  After pressing the link “Checkout” you have three options: you can create an account, you can continue shopping without registering or you can log in as a returning customer. Please follow the given instructions.

5. The next step is "Delivery information". Please check or edit the delivery address here and select the method of delivery. If you have any special requirements, eg. "In my absence please leave with neighbour at No. 79" type them into that box.

6.  After clicking "Continue" you will be taken to the page where you will select your payment method.

7. In the "Check-out Confirmation" please review all the details you have entered so far, if you have a coupon, please enter it now. If you are paying for goods on arrival, confirm your order and we will email you an invoice.
   When paying by bank transfer you will also receive an invoice and your goods will be dispatched once the payment has arrived in our account.
   If you are paying by PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal website after the order confirmation. If you decide to pay via CardPay you will be redirected onto the secure website.
